Product
Return Procedure

Follow this procedure for fast service:

  1. Request a "Return Authorization Number" (RA)
  2. We will advise you the correct location to return your product.
  3. Once you have received the RA#, complete the Product Return Form.
  4. Write the RA# on the outside of the package.
  5. Products shipped without a RA# or Return Product Form will not be processed.

Sales Tax We do not collect sales tax for any state.

Cancellation You can cancel your order at any time prior to shipping (2pm EST).

Free Shipping

All products are shipped FREE UPS Ground.

  • FREE UPS shipping on all orders.
  • Some products have upgraded shipping modes.
  • Please select "FREE Shipping" and we will ship the upgraded shipping mode.
  • Shipments that do not qualify for free UPS delivery are: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rica, or US Territories. You must select UPS 2nd Day Air.
  • No international orders.
  • All APO/FPO are shipped USPO
  • You will receive a UPS tracking # via email.
  • Orders received before 3pm EST are shipped the same day.
  • UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box.
  • Orders that are refused by the customer will be charged a shipping and restocking fee.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an erroneous address given by the customer.
  • UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Defective Product
Policy
Defective merchandise may be returned to Netsales Central for exchange within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase. After 30 calendar days defective products must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair.

Exchange
Policy
Netsales Central offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all monitors. Monitors returned for exchange must be returned in AS-NEW unused condition with all packing/packaging material, and instructions.

Refund
Policy

You may return any non-defective monitor for a refund (less shipping cost and restocking fee) within 20 days of the order date.

Monitors must be returned in AS-NEW, Unused, Unopened condition with all packaging material and instructions. You must follow this refund policy:

1 You must make your request for a refund within 10-days from the date of purchase. Review and follow the Product Return Procedure.
2 To be eligible for a refund, we must receive the monitor within 20-days from date of purchase.
3 Monitors that have been activated in any way or that have input of user's profile setting or have missing package materials, and manuals are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15% of the total sales price.
4 Monitors that have been used in any activity that touches the skin will not be eligible for refund due to hygiene issues.
5 All shipping, insurance, and handling charges will be deducted from any refund.
6 Upon inspection of the monitor and verification that all refund policies have been met, we will issue a refund less shipping and restocking fee.
7 There are no exceptions to this refund policy.

Polar Accessories Polar Accessories cannot be returned for a refund.
