Snack Tips
Many dieters find that having a snack between their main meals will reduce their appetite and prevent overeating. Studies have found that by spreading out your caloric intake over the day, you will fend off food cravings, keep your metabolic rate and blood sugar up, and avoid the crankiness and fatigue often associated with dieting.
You will want to experiment with different types of snacks and discover what works best for you. Usually, you will want to keep the snack caloric intake below 200 calories.
