Finding A Diet Plan that Works (Page 2)

Plan 2. Higher Glycemic Index Plan
This plan may be most effective for you, if you have any of the following medical conditions or if these conditions are present in your family history:

• High total cholesterol level
• High LDL cholesterol
• Food intolerances
• Food cravings
• Hypoglycemia
• Problems losing weight on a high protein diet

Once you have selected an individualized diet plan, you should follow the plan for one month. If, after one month, you have not reduced your body weight by 4-8 pounds, you should switch to the other diet plan.
