Selecting the Right Diet Plan

  • Apple Shape- People who carry their weight in a roll around their waist and abdomen. If this is your body shape you should start with a Low Glycemic diet plan. Try the Medium Glycemic diet plan if you don't lose weight or feel that your energy level is too low.

  • Pear Shape - People who have excess weight on their hips, thighs, and buttocks. If this is your body shape you should start with Medium Glycemic diet plan. Try the Low Glycemic diet plan if you don't lose weight or feel that you are too hyper.

How long should you follow this diet?
You can follow this diet plan until you reach your ideal body weight. To help you make food substitutions that will add variety to your diet we have provided Food Exchange Lists.

How much exercise?
Follow your regular exercise routine and don't be afraid to increase the intensity of your exercise sessions. You will want to cross-train (Interval Training & Weight Training). Stay hydrated. Drink water before, during, and after exercise. You should consume daily at least 8-10 glasses (8oz.) of water.
