Heart Rate Training
Listen to your heart. It's the best indicator of your physical condition.
Measuring your heart rate is the ONLY truly accurate measurement of whether or not your training is working the way you want it to. If your heart rate is too low, you'll see little benefit from exercise. Too high and you'll tire too quickly. It is highly recommended that everyone use a heart rate monitor.
By knowing your heart rate and exercising within your personal target heart rate zone, you'll see results sooner without having to strain yourself. So whatever your objectives for exercising are - keep fit, lose weight, improve results - a heart rate monitor can help. Visit our sister website for a complete line of Polar Heart Rate Monitor.
